Processing Time

Most items ship within 2 business days after an order is placed*. Allow additional time for shipping to your address.

Shipping Area Restrictions

Shipping is not available in the following areas*:

  • British Columbia (Remote)

  • Alberta (Remote)

  • Saskatchewan (Remote)

/Exchnge Policy

We ensure all our products are in new and excellent conditions before shipping.

 

Damage/Defective Product:

  • Customers have 30 days to return the damaged/defective products in the original package with an RMA number issued by MF No Labels, starting from the product delivered date. We are responsible for all shipping costs with provided labels.

Change Mind:

We understand that things may change unexpectedly and that mistakes may happen.

If you change your mind, we also provide the following options:

  • We will accept returns for unused products. For products in unopened and new conditions, customers have 30 days to return the products in the original package with an RMA number issued by MF No Labels, starting from the product shipping date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling.

  • For products in opened and unused condition, customers have 30 days from the original shipping date to return the products in the original package with an RMA number issued by the MF No Labels service team. Customers are responsible for a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

  • For products in opened and used condition, customers have 30 days from the original shipping date to return the products in the original package with an RMA number issued by the MF No Labels service team. Customers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

We will process your return request with an RMA number within four business days.

We will process the refund for four business days after we receive and inspect the items.

Product does not fit:

  • If you wish to return a product that does not fit your device, please submit an inquiry to our customer service team.  our Customer Service team will review your request, investigate the cause of the fitment problem, and make any corrections that are needed.

  • If we find an error on our description, we will provide a label for your return. All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling.

  • Customers are responsible for checking the description of the products prior to place any order(s). For any incorrect product order(s) requested within 30 days from the original shipping date, a shipping fee will be applied for order replacement. Replacement will be shipped to the address on the original order(s). All other requests after 30 days from the original shipping date will not be replaced or refunded.

 

Damaged/Missing items in shipment:

  • We will only ship to the address on the original order. Re-shipping another item(s)/Transferring the shipment to another location will be rejected.

  • If you've received a damaged product, you MUST notify us within seven days from the shipping delivered date to initiate a damaged package claim. You will be required to keep all the packing material, boxes (envelopes) and the damaged item(s). Replacement orders will be placed as soon as we are informed of the damaged package(s). Failure to report the damaged item within the seven days from the shipping delivered date will result in claim(s) denial. Please make sure to cooperate with the investigation and any questions that the carrier may have during this time.

  • We will make sure the items sent are correct. If you are missing any products from your order, you MUST notify us within seven days from the shipment delivered date. If you fail to report the missing item(s) in your shipment within seven days of the delivered date, replacement products will not be shipped under any circumstances.

 

Lost Packages:

  • If you do not receive your package but the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, you MUST notify us within seven days of the delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package claim with the shipping carrier.

  • The replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the claim for the package. Canada Post usually requires 2 – 3 weeks to fulfill the request. Please note that this is the timeline with the carrier. MF No Labels is not responsible for the processing timeline. We do not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier.

  • MF No Labels will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
